When a beloved fourteen-year-old brand changed hands, we had the honor of helping its new owner — a longtime team member stepping into ownership for the very first time — guide the company into a new chapter. We built a complete brand presence package, including a refined new logo and identity system, and fully designed and developed the website from the ground up. Every detail was crafted to honor what the brand had built while signaling the confident new era ahead. After years inside the municipal world as a city clerk, our client made the courageous decision to step into ownership and launch her own niche business serving the government sector — an industry known for being clinical, restrained, and largely uninspired. We walked a careful line, infusing her brand with warmth, color, and personality while honoring the polished credibility her clients expect. The result was a complete brand identity and a fully designed and developed website that felt unmistakably hers — refined, approachable, and confidently aligned with the work she does. Within forty-five minutes of her website going live, she landed a new client — proof that when a brand truly reflects the caliber of its founder, the right people respond immediately.

Founded during the pandemic to meet the urgent need for connection among local women, this beloved Snohomish networking community grew quickly into a vital space for its members — but its identity had never been given the same intention as the community it served. We had the honor of working intimately with the owner to develop both a refined visual brand identity and a clear, confident brand voice that finally reflected the energy and elegance of the women within it. The result is a brand that feels as elevated, inviting, and unmistakably feminine as the community itself. With a new identity now in place, the organization is stepping into a new era — one defined by clarity, presence, and unapologetic fabulousness.

Mercer Island Tourism Social Sprint Collaboration
With the highly anticipated opening of the light rail on the horizon, the Mercer Island Chamber of Commerce came to us to launch Explore Mercer Island — a brand-new tourism initiative designed to introduce the island, its local businesses, and its character to a fresh wave of incoming visitors. We built a fully narrative-driven social media campaign that centered the people, places, and stories that make Mercer Island worth visiting, producing twenty pieces of original content across the engagement. In collaboration with Behind Your Scenes Co. the work reached 21,353 accounts and generated 97,448 total views, with a leading reel climbing past 13,800 views, the Chamber gaining 120 new followers, and the Explore Mercer Island channel gaining 132 followers from the campaign alone. Beyond the metrics, the project laid a strong narrative foundation for an entirely new initiative — proving that when story and strategy lead the way, a launch does not just perform, it resonates.
